









Treatment was good, no complaints. Customer service however was poor. I arrived on time, however it’s difficult trying to find the right building. I spent 25 minutes walking around, asking strangers for help as I couldn’t find the building. All the while I was calling the clinic and messaging them asking them to call me. They didn’t call back, instead just poorly told me they are, which didn’t help much. Even after they saw my message of me saying I can’t find them, they took another 10 minutes or so to respond again .. I eventually had to say I’m running late for work and will have to leave. 10 minutes or so later, they replied.
Upon arriving, they were not set up for me, considering I was late. I explained I had been walking around and trying to find them for over 20 minutes, they said they were busy with another client - although I had booked this time.
I explained I was now really late for work and asked if they can hurry, however they wanted payment first. I had to ask if they can at least start cleaning me up etc whilst I’m doing the payment.
I gave my phone to the person to enter their bank details, I then confirmed and paid. All whilst the practitioner was holding the needle by my face as she wasn’t allowed to start until I paid. Halfway through my treatment, literally with an injection in my jaw, I was told payment hadn’t gone through to stop. The practitioner confirmed she saw me do it and at this point, very frustrated, I said we’re halfway through treatment and I have a needle in my face, can we wait 2 minutes and I can check for her. The person then stormed out the room,
Payment had gone through, she just made a mistake. Overall the treatment was fine, customer service was awful. Was then late to work and missed my appointment.
