Hi, I am Rachel. My journey started with competing at a young age. I qualified as a personal trainer and a sports massage therapist in 2008. I love the anatomy and physiology of the human body. I've instructed in big gyms and worked as a physio with several known football teams. Run open injury clinics to assess injuries and enjoyed every moment. I previously worked as a caregiver, which enabled me to be with my children, and I worked palliative care, Dementia for 20 yrs . I decided to go into beauty, and I have now gone into aesthetics, which I have a passion for, helping people on their journey in where they feel happy and comfortable in themselves.
