Went in for skin boosters and Botox with Heather first, then had the same combo with Jack on a separate visit - couldn’t fault either appointment. Heather was brilliant from start to finish. Really talked me through the whole process, made sure I knew what to expect, and was so gentle with both the boosters and the Botox. My skin’s looking so much plumper and fresher, and the Botox results were subtle and natural - exactly what I wanted. Went back a few weeks later and had the same treatments with Jack, and he was equally amazing. Super professional but also really easy to chat to, which helped since I always get a bit nervous before these things. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing with both the boosters and the Botox, and the results have been great again - natural, not overdone at all. Honestly can’t recommend this place enough. Both Heather and Jack are so experienced and friendly, and it’s clear they actually care about getting the results right rather than just rushing you through. Already looking forward to my next appointment.
