Policies - All deposits are non refundable under all circumstances. You will be asked to pay a deposit to secure the booking and this will come off the balance due. - All appointments must be rescheduled 48 hours prior otherwise you will lose your deposit and you will be required to pay this again. - Please arrive to your appointment on time. Your appointment will need to be rescheduled if you are more than 10 minutes late and another deposit will be required. - If you no show your appointment your deposit will be lost and you will require to pay the new appointment in full when booking.
